SHIPMENTS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
All orders are processed and shipped from the Dominican Republic. Please note that orders are processed pending item availability. You will be contacted if there is any problem with your order.
Orders placed (within the Dominican Republic) Monday through Thursday before 12pm EST for in-stock items will be processed and shipped the next day.
Orders placed (within the Dominican Republic) from Friday to Sunday for in-stock items will be processed and shipped on Tuesdays.
We do not make international shipments, we only ship in the area of Santo Domingo Centro and Oeste.
Please note that there are exceptions to the above. If you need your order in a hurry, please contact us at info@vitalierd.com before making sure your item is in stock and ready to ship.

Local shipping (Santo Domingo Centro y Oeste) – RD$250.00 for orders less than RD$2,000
Local shipping (Santo Domingo Centro y Oeste) – Free for orders over RD$2,000
Vitalierd.com does not accept product returns. In case of damage, a credit note will be generated for the total value of the returned product. In no case will any amount paid by the client for transformation be reimbursed after the product has been used. Nor will returns of the amounts paid in cash or other form of payment be made. In case of change of opinion or preference of the client about the purchased product, the cancellation of the order is accepted if it has not been dispatched.
